What you will do
  • Provide leadership and support to your team, driving high‑quality service that promotes healthy and independent living for adults.

  • Offer expert advice and support on complex safeguarding cases, ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational standards.
  • Act as an escalation point for complaints, handling feedback to build positive relationships with service users.
  • Implement integrated working approaches with partners, communities, and the voluntary sector, achieving successful outcomes for adults.
  • Represent the team in internal and partner agency meetings, ensuring cohesive service delivery.
  • Engage with the Discharge To Assess Service to support smooth transition from hospital to community, preventing readmissions.
  • Promote the vibrant community of Essex, contributing to and enjoying local cultural and natural assets.
