Job summary

Sheffield City Council is recruiting two Adult Social Care Practitioners for the Shared Lives service in the city. You will coordinate and manage a diverse caseload and supervise Shared Lives carers and volunteers, working with families and professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

You will join a supportive team, develop innovative plans, promote equality and inclusion, and uphold safeguarding principles while flexible home working is offered alongside office-based duties.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with adults who have a wide range of care and support needs.
• Supervision of staff/volunteers.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills.
• Willingness to learn.
