Location: Aylesbury
In this specialised trainer role, you will confidently support a diverse range of learners within Adult Social Care, focusing on both current and future client‑based systems. You will advise, teach, and guide small groups in either a classroom or remote setting.
This position is crucial for providing support in social care. Successful candidates will be part of a positive and supportive service dedicated to raising standards and delivering high‑quality services for the citizens of Buckinghamshire. You will collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure that all digital case management recordings comply with both statutory and local requirements.
As a council and a team, we promote flexible working. While this role is full‑time, 37 hours per week, we are open to considering applications from highly experienced candidates seeking more flexible hours.

As an ‘any‑desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements.
