Overview

Adult’s Team Leader

Team: Hospital Discharge

Location: Calderdale

Details: Adults Team Leader position at Calderdale to cover maternity leave until August 2026. This role sits within the Hospital Discharge and Post-Discharge Assessment Team and has been approved for 30 hours per week. The position is hybrid, with an expectation of three days on-site. The successful candidate must be able to attend Calderdale Royal Hospital, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, and Princess Buildings in Halifax.

Qualifications

  • DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work

  • Enhanced and in date DBS certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.
