Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (Adult) with active NMC PIN.
• Recent tracheostomy and ventilator experience within the last 2 years.
• Confident leader who can mentor and develop HCAs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

As Adult Nurse Manager, you'll combine clinical expertise with leadership, supporting adults with complex conditions such as tracheostomies, ventilators, spinal injuries, and neurological conditions.
