A leading social care provider in Bridgwater seeks experienced Adults Learning Disability Support Workers. You'll provide care to adults with varied needs. This temporary role can lead to permanent work. Ideal candidates should have experience in social care, an empathetic nature, and the ability to support residents in achieving independence.

Vetro Social Care are actively seeking experienced Adult Learning Disability Support Workers to work within a service in Bridgwater. The service provides supported living services to adults aged 18 and upwards with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities or sensory impairments. You will be assisting residents through a care pathway to help them live as independently as possible.
This role is temporary; however, it can lead to a permanent full-time contract. It's a great opportunity to trial the role, demonstrate your skills, and transition into a long-term position with the service.
