Adult Distance Learning Manager

Nescot, recognised as Employer of the Year at the Surrey Business Awards 2024, is recruiting for a dynamic Adult Distance Learning Manager based in Epsom, Surrey to ensure high quality learning outcomes for adult learners undertaking studies online.

A strong teacher or manager with experience in adult learning, who is passionate about adult education, is required.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Recent and relevant experience of teaching or management of adults.
  • Passionate about adult education.
  • Experience of the IQA process.
  • Knowledge of funding regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Manage the distance learning team.
  • Work with external partners, awarding bodies, and college-based support teams to promote programmes.
  • Plan the distance learning course file.
  • Ensure students are enrolled on the correct courses and meet the criteria for funding.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and QA.
