A leading healthcare provider in London is seeking a Lead Dietitian to manage a team and provide clinical leadership. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in parenteral nutrition and managerial skills. This full-time position offers opportunities for career development and a competitive salary range of £64,156 to £71,148 per year. Flexible working options available.
The Dietitians at St Mary's collaborate daily with renowned medical, nursing, and AHP colleagues, including some of the UK's leading national experts in fields such as Allergy, Bariatrics, HIV, Major Trauma, and Critical Care. As the Lead Dietitian for the St Mary's site, you will provide leadership and management to the adult team (14 dietitians and one dietetic assistant), oversee a clinical caseload, and be able to demonstrate advanced skills in parenteral nutrition and nutritional support. You will also lead the dietetic out-patient services.
This position is part of a wider dietetic leadership team, line managed by the Clinical Service Lead, and works closely with three other 8A Dietitians based at the Charing Cross and Hammersmith sites. You will benefit from regular training and development opportunities, both clinically and managerially.
In this role, you will develop expertise in business planning, demand and capacity management, staff engagement, performance and sickness management, procurement, quality improvement projects, and quality, safety, and risk management.
