Job summary

Your World Healthcare UK is recruiting a Locum Audiologist (Band 6) in Oldham, offering a platform to lead complex hearing assessments and rehabilitation. You will apply clinical expertise to optimise patient pathways and outcomes in a NHS or equivalent setting.

Key responsibilities include audiological evaluations, management plans, and precise fitting of hearing technology using diagnostic software, while complying with HCPC/RCCP standards and local protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in NHS or equivalent clinical environment in the UK.
• Degree-level qualification in Audiology and HCPC/RCCP registration.
• UK right to work and mobility to travel to Oldham for placement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct specialised audiological evaluations and develop tailored management plans for patients across all ages.
• Fit and fine-tune hearing technology using modern diagnostic software with high technical accuracy.
• Adhere to HCPC or RCCP standards and local Trust protocols to ensure clinical excellence.
• Efficiently manage clinical sessions within a busy caseload and support a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience within the NHS or an equivalent clinical environment post with UK right to work status.
• Credentials: Mandatory degree-level qualification in Audiology and current HCPC/RCCP registration.
• Logistics: A motivated approach to patient care and the ability to travel to Oldham as required for the place ment.
