Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced ADT Operator to work on a long-term basis at a major industrial site in Port Talbot, Wales. The role involves operating Articulated Dump Trucks safely to move materials and support loading activities.

The ideal candidate will have ADT operating experience in steelworks, quarry or recycling environments, hold CPCS or NPORS certification (or in-house licences), and possess a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• ADТ operating experience in quarry, steelworks, or recycling environments.
• CPCS or NPORS certification preferred; in-house licences also accepted.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical and substance test.

Responsibilities

• Operate Articulated Dump Trucks (ADTs) safely and efficiently on a large-scale industrial site.
• Move materials across the site to support operations.
• Load crushers, screens and trucks as required.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
