A local government authority in England is seeking an Adoption Family Support Worker to join their dedicated Adoption Team. The role offers flexible working locations and supports making a positive difference in children's lives. Candidates should have experience working with families and children, as well as strong team skills. We very much promote flexible working. This role can be based in our Harrogate, Scarborough or Selby offices. You may at times, be required to work from other bases across the county.

Working in the adoption team is an exciting, challenging, unique and rewarding job. As a Family Support Worker, you will be a team player, completing pieces of work including direct work with children and families, leading initiatives for supporting families, such as parenting support, maintaining relationships between adopted children and their birth family and working alongside the social workers to deliver support to our children and families.
