Job summary

The Dragonfly Unit at Carlton Court, Suffolk, part of Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust, is seeking a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to develop clinical and leadership skills within an inpatient adolescent service (ages 12–17). The post emphasises recovery-focused care, family involvement, and bridging inpatient with community services.
