Job summary

You will work within an established MDT, provide care coordination with a defined caseload, and support families with evidence-based, recovery-focused interventions.

Qualifications

• Social Worker or Registered Mental Health Nurse with therapeutic background (e.g., psychotherapy, family/systemic therapy)
• Ability to provide specialist therapeutic interventions within CAMHS setting
• Experience in risk assessment and care coordination

Responsibilities

• Care coordination with a defined caseload within AMHT
• Direct clinical work and formulation-driven treatment packages
