A leading educational institution in London is seeking an Admissions Officer to manage the enrollment process and support prospective students. This role requires strong organizational skills and knowledge of UK admissions compliance. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and hold a bachelor’s degree. The successful candidate will join the Marketing team in London. Reporting directly to the Head of Enrollment, he/she will support Responsible for managing the enrollment process and ensuring a seamless admissions experience for both domestic and international students. This role involves counseling prospective students, processing applications, overseeing administrative and financial documentation, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. He/She will also support business development strategies, marketing activities, and provide statistical enrollment reports to management.
The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree; a master’s in a related field is a plus. He/She has 2–3 years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or student recruitment, with solid knowledge of UK admissions compliance and student visa procedures (including CAS). Experience with scholarship or financial aid processes is an advantage.
The candidate has strong organizational and administrative abilities, excellent interpersonal and counselling skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong analytical skills for enrollment reporting and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and in a team, are essential.
Knowledge of the UK education sector, regulations and guidelines (CMA, UKVI, GDPR), and recruitment trends. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), student information systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools for online recruitment and communication.
Fluent English (C1/C2 level) written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
