Job summary

The University of Lancashire is seeking an Admissions Officer to join the International Admissions Team. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the admissions process for a range of applicants from application through to enrolment, while ensuring compliance with the University's Admissions Policy and Code of Practice.

You will provide advice, guidance and support to applicants throughout all stages of the admissions process, helping to overcome barriers to access.

Qualifications

Job description

The University of Lancashire is looking to recruit an Admissions Officer to join the International Admissions Team.

The post holder will play a key role in supporting the admissions process for a range of applicants within the Clinical team, from application through to enrolment, while ensuring compliance with the University's Admissions Policy and Code of Practice and to meet University targets. The post holder will provide advice, guidance, and support to applicants throughout all stages of the admissions process, helping to overcome any barriers to access, Our people are our most important asset. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate well with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. It is key that you work well under pressure and have an appreciation of business priorities, deadlines, and excellent customer service skills. Applicants must be able to work unsupervised exercising their judgement and initiative.

A level 3 qualification, such as A Levels or BTEC, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning is essential for this role.
