A UK-based educational institution is seeking a part-time Admissions Officer in Blackburn. The role involves providing admission support, coordinating with learners and staff, and requires Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. Work pattern will be discussed with the successful candidate but will be either:
All day Monday and Tuesday, plus Wednesday morning
Or
Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday and Friday
Working within the MIS/IT Services you will be required to provide comprehensive admission support to the college and prospective learners. You will work with the Admissions Manager to coordinate the day-to-day admissions service, inclusive of regular interview evenings and attendance at open events. You will provide a consistent and effective service for all stakeholders.
You must be able to evidence by production of qualification certificates that you are qualified to Level 2 in English and Maths. You will have significant experience of a customer service background and the ability to work in a highly organised, methodical and accurate manner to deal with a demanding workload and achieve deadlines and targets.
