Job Description: Your New Role

As an Admissions Host on the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, you will be an ambassador for the Tour, greeting excited visitors before they embark on their magical journey. Your main goal is to make sure guests have fun and enjoy a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable experience.

Your Role Accountabilities
  • Proactively engage with and assist visitors to maximise their enjoyment of the Studio Tour experience.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during your duties – escalating where appropriate and effectively collecting visitor feedback.
  • Manage cloakrooms, information desks, car parking and phone systems on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Follow appropriate procedures and complete associated administration and paperwork.
  • Gain a working understanding of the Bookings process; display confidence and accuracy on Galaxy ticketing system, handle cash and cash up tills at day‑end.
  • Stand up to 4 hours at a time, lift light items and work outdoors in all weather; attend communication and training sessions outside core hours as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Positive contribution and effectiveness as part of a team.
  • Experience in a visitor‑focused, customer service or retail environment with influencing and listening skills.
  • Confidence working with the general public.
  • Adaptability within a visitor‑focused environment.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to absorb written communications and transfer information to visitors.
  • Understanding of the Harry Potter film series and wider Wizarding World.
  • Previous experience with till systems desirable.
  • Knowledge of a foreign language desirable.
Working Pattern
  • Contracts range from 24 to 40 hours per week; weekends (Saturday and Sunday) required.
  • Normal hours between 7am and 10pm; occasional hours could run until 1am with prior notice.

Onsite Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the place of work. WBD reserves the right to change this agreement, where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
