Overview

Smart Teachers are pleased to be working with this Co-Educational Independent school located in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The school are looking to appoint a Admissions administrator to start asap.

About the role

The primary purpose of the role is to be front of office and support the administration of the admissions process from parents initial enquiry through to the pupils entry to the school. The Admissions Administrative Assistant works collaboratively within this busy and fast-paced team to deliver a high quality of customer service and administrative support. The Admissions Administrative Assistant helps to ensure that the admissions cycle is efficient and effective at all entry points into the school. This is a busy and varied role involving daily communication and collaboration with academic staff, support staff, pupils and families.
