We’re hiring Admission & Retail Assistants at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, where the wildlife is as curious as our guests!

As a Admission & Retail Assistant, you’ll:

• Be the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome and providing information about their visit.
• Assist with admissions, ensuring the correct ticket type is processed and maximizing visitor spends.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the admissions and retail areas.
• Help stock retail displays and assist with sales, promoting SEA LIFE-related products.
• Handle guest queries, ensuring all interactions are positive and professional.

This is a seasonal, full-time position. Flexibility is key and we’re looking for team members available on weekends, bank holidays, or during holiday periods.

Qualifications & Experience
