A healthcare provider in Wareham seeks a registered nurse with experience in dementia care to join their Purbeck Admiral Nurse service. The role involves comprehensive assessments and delivering therapeutic interventions to support patients and their families. Candidates must have an RN qualification and a passion for providing relationship-centred care. This is a 30-hour per week, fixed term position for 24 months.
Are you a registered nurse with a passion for, and experience of, providing relationship-centred dementia care? Dorset Healthcare in collaboration with Dementia UK are looking to recruit a registered nurse (RN, RNMH, RNLD) to join the Purbeck Admiral Nurse service based in Wareham Dorset.
