Swanshurst School in Birmingham is seeking an Administrator to support Year Teams within the pastoral admin structure. You will have strong IT skills, especially Excel and Microsoft Office, and may gain experience with SIMS during training.
The role involves coordinating attendance data, communications with parents, and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality pastoral care for students. A flexible, well-organised approach is essential.
