Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our Student Information Services directorate at Doncaster campus, specifically to work within the Curriculum and Timetabling Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our student curriculum data management and timetabling processes. You will support the day‑to‑day operations of the Timetabling and Course Planning Team, inputting timetable information into our college database system and responding to requests and queries from our internal stakeholders.

We have over 120 courses at full and part‑time, from entry level right up to university level. As well as the vast amount of courses on offer, we ensure all our students get the right support and guidance whether it is through our careers service, our additional learning support, counselling, student finance and many other services all tailored to each individual.

Responsibilities
