A local healthcare organization seeks a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist to join their front-of-house team in Scarborough, UK. The role includes greeting service users and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure and committed to promoting a positive atmosphere for young people with mental health challenges. Opportunities for visa sponsorship are also available.
We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Receptionist to join our front‑of‑house team. Reception duties include greeting service users, carers, staff and visitors and answering queries via telephone and email. The ability to remain calm and communicate clearly is essential, as well as promoting a positive culture for young people living with mental health issues and/or neuro‑diverse conditions.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform admin tasks, update calendars, maintain visitor logs, issue access cards, deal with incoming & outgoing post and calls, photocopying, scanning and ensure that all information in the reception area for staff and public is clearly displayed and updated as appropriate.
