Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an organised administrator to be the focal point for our private customers in the UK. You will provide high levels of service across our private heating, plumbing and construction customer base, handling scheduling, admin tasks and queries with accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have prior admin and customer service experience, strong IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel) and excellent written and verbal communication. This role offers training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably from heating, plumbing or construction background.
  • Able to provide a high level of courteous, professional customer service.
  • Proficient in MS Office, in particular Outlook and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling jobs with customers.
  • To take ownership of the administration of private contracts whilst co-working on various other work streams to ensure high levels of cooperation and knowledge within the team.
  • Answer inbound customer calls relating to repairs and servicing for all customers courteously and professionally.
  • Answer customer queries and take ownership of any issues arising through to completion.
  • Raise jobs and make appointments using the main customer database and complete any associated administrative tasks as necessary logging information accurately and concisely.
  • All associated ad-hoc administrative duties.

Role
