A leading service provider is seeking an Administrator for the Personnel Office at HMS Raleigh. This role includes providing essential administration services to Armed Forces personnel, specifically focusing on personnel management and compliance with regulations. The successful candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills. Experience in administration and knowledge of MOD personnel applications is desirable. The position operates within a 37.5 hour work week, Monday to Friday.

Based in the Personnel Office HMS Raleigh, this role provides a broad and flexible service to meet the contracted administration requirements of the Armed Forces (predominantly the Royal Navy) and there is the potential to rotate through various elements of professional responsibilities when required to meet the needs of the business. Training can be provided, where appropriate.
The successful candidate will be well-organised, precise, confident with credible communication skills readily able and willing to contribute at all levels. In addition, the individual will be versatile, intuitive, and professional with good judgement and absolute integrity. Pro-active and persuasive when required and responsive to changing needs of the business and demands of the customer, while remaining calm under pressure and self-motivated, the incumbent will be reliable and well presented, giving a positive image of MITIE company values. In addition, the following is needed.
MOD security clearance and DBS Standard required. To meet national security vetting requirements, you will normally need to have been resident in the UK for at least 3 years to gain a Counter Terrorist Check, 5 years for Security Clearance and 10 years for Developed Vetting prior to the date of application. All Developed Vetted posts are required to be UK Nationals.
The Contract operates a 37.5 hour working week between the hours of 0730 and 1700 Mon to Fri only.
