Are you an organised and proactive Microsoft 365 Licensing Administrator passionate about delivering excellent services and supporting world-class research and education?

Responsibilities
  • As Microsoft 365 Licensing Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of licensing and subscriptions for Nexus365, including procurement, renewals, assignments, and maintaining accurate records. You will be the central point of contact for colleges, departments, and IT support staff on licensing matters, providing clear guidance and ensuring financial and audit requirements are met. You will also play an important role in monitoring and reporting on license use, supporting service governance, and driving improvements to licensing processes, such as developing streamlined renewals and user-friendly request workflows. This role offers a chance to work closely with Microsoft and vendors, stay up to date on product developments, and contribute to the effective and efficient running of one of the University's most widely used IT services.
  • This is a varied and rewarding role where you will combine attention to detail with proactive problem-solving and communication skills, working independently while contributing to the wider success of the CCST team.
