We're a leading jewellery manufacturing company based in Hatton Garden, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

About the Role

As the face of our office you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the team ensuring the efficient day to day operation of this busy office
What we're looking for
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Basic computer skills with a willingness to learn our systems
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
