Salary: £18,844 - £19,704 (per annum)
Annual Leave: 30 days per annum plus bank holidays (pro rata)
Contractual hours: 29.6 hours per week
Basis: Part time, Permanent

In this role, you’ll provide essential support across the department, including preparing reports, managing student data for enrolments and withdrawals, and maintaining individual learning plans. You’ll liaise with parents, carers, and external services to arrange learner meetings, assist with diary management, and support attendance monitoring. Key duties also include maintaining centralised filing systems, coordinating departmental returns, assisting with recruitment processes, and handling enrolment administration. You’ll manage stationery supplies and contribute to HR, finance, and quality procedures, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
