Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Grade C - £28,142 per annum

Location: Based at Headquarters, Ripley

Hours: 37 hours per week

Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our HR Service Centre team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of HR activities and contribute to the smooth running of our recruitment and employment processes.

About the Role:

As an Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing efficient and professional support to internal colleagues and external stakeholders. You will coordinate recruitment activities, process contractual changes, and maintain accurate records.

You'll work with a variety of HR systems and will be expected to manage your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.
