A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Administrator / Customer Support Assistant for the Disability Support Department. This on-site role in Milton Keynes involves providing vital support to students and requires excellent communication and organisational skills. Candidates should have experience in customer service and knowledge of the Disabled Students' Allowance. The position is temporary for 10 weeks with full-time hours and a pay rate of £12.79 per hour.

Location: on-site in Milton Keynes
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 4:30pm finish on Fridays)
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Disability Support Assistant to join the Disability Support Team within Student Additional Support. In this vital role, you will provide administrative advice and guidance to disabled students and prospective students, helping them access the support they need to succeed in their studies and achieve their goals at the Open University. You will be part of a friendly and professional team that values excellent customer service and works collaboratively to make a real difference in students' lives.
