An exciting opportunity has become available within the high performing College Information Services department. As a Data Administrator you will be responsible for processing data for the students within your designated areas of responsibility and be the key contact for staff within these areas.

Responsibilities
  • Process student data accurately and action recorded information in a timely manner.
  • Act as the key contact for staff within your designated areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure all student data is accurately maintained in line with DFE and awarding body rules and regulations.
  • Play an integral part in the college's enrolment events and support the Exams team during busy periods.
Qualifications
  • Team player with flexible, adaptable, keen eye for detail and positive proactive outlook.
  • Grades 4+ (A*-C) in GCSE English and Maths.
  • Experience using Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
