Drafts, reviews, analyses, negotiates and processes contracts and related documents for all facility construction, A&E design, consultant, and similar services using the NEC and JCT library of contracts and other bespoke forms of agreement to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative systems. Work in conjunction with Legal, Risk Management, Project Management (PMO) and Finance departments.
