A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced administrator to join its busy back office functions team. The role is focused on Recalls and Finance Teams in Chesterfield, requiring excellent IT skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Maths and experience in an NHS environment is advantageous. Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate should have great I.T. skills and knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Teams, and Outlook. Other essential skill/qualifications include GCSE / Functional Skills in English & Maths Level C/ Grade 4, ability to follow instructions, a desire for service improvement, a pro‑active approach in learning, attention to detail, problem‑solving, and producing quality work.
Desirable skills/ qualifications are Medical Terminology, NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration, knowledge of an NHS environment, knowledge of working with SystmOne (or equivalent). Previous read coding is advantageous.

This role is part of the integrated health and social care community across Derbyshire, where there are opportunities to work across different locations and providers, developing new and different skills. Whilst initially based in Chesterfield, there may be future opportunities to be based at other locations within the community.
