Job description

The Membership Administrator and PA will provide essential support to the Director of Corporate Services and play a key role in the smooth running of the membership function. This includes acting as a personal assistant to the Director, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

The role involves responding promptly and professionally to member enquiries by phone and email, maintaining accurate membership records in the CRM system, and ensuring data integrity. You will assist with membership renewals, onboarding new members, and preparing reports on membership statistics and KPIs. The position also includes coordinating logistics for membership workshops, webinars, and conferences, as well as preparing agendas and accurate minutes for meetings.

Additional responsibilities include managing office supplies, supporting internal communications, and ensuring that all interactions reflect the Association's values of integrity, intelligence, and approachability.

This is a varied role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver a high standard of service to our members and stakeholders.
