A leading facilities management firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an Administration Apprentice to support back office functions and assist with Supply Chain processes. The apprentice will work towards a business administration qualification and will learn key management skills while actively contributing to the Supply Chain governance and analytics. Strong IT skills and attention to detail are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career in facilities management.
Administration Apprentice primarily supports the management of the key elements of the back office function. You will work towards achieving your business administration qualification by undertaking an recognised apprenticeship and ensure all modules are fully completed.
You will learn how our Skills Matrix is used and book staff on training courses and keep records of all training required, training attended and log all certification and qualification on our simpro system.
You will report monthly on mandatory courses via Kallidus and communicate to those who are not compliant.
You will learn how to use our holiday planning system and actively take ownership of this.
You will learn the job role of the Administrator to enable cover during holiday and other absence.
