A recruitment agency is seeking an Administrator and Receptionist to provide essential administrative support across multiple buildings for a period of 5 months. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong IT and communication skills, be highly organised, and adept at multitasking in a busy environment. Pay rate is £13.26 per hour PAYE, and candidates with a Level 2 Admin qualification or equivalent experience are desired.

We are looking for a professional to provide administrative and reception support across three buildings, serving as the first point of contact for service users and professionals, while assisting teams with daily operations and clerical tasks related to substance use, domestic violence, and housing services.
You will need to be a highly organised individual with strong IT and communication skills, experienced in multitasking, office administration, and database management, who provides professional support under pressure with a friendly, detail-oriented, and problem-solving approach.
