We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and organised Administrator to support their busy People & Culture team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day service operations while providing high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities for front-line Service Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and internal staff
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received by telephone, email, text, and via the website
  • Provide a welcoming, supportive, and solution-focused service, signposting individuals to relevant staff or partners where required
  • Use referral pathways to determine appropriate next steps, including booking appointments, connecting callers with duty workers, or directing them to other services
Operational & Administrative Duties
  • Support the maintenance and monitoring of the service's lone-working system across recovery centres and community venues (where relevant)
  • Assist with identifying, coordinating, and organising community outreach and satellite sites for service delivery
  • Maintain both electronic and manual appointment systems, ensuring referral information is completed accurately and in a timely manner

We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background, ideally within a busy service or HR/People function. Excellent communication skills and a welcoming, professional manner with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks, work to tight deadlines and be confident using a range of digital systems and databases.
