Job summary

The Openwork Partnership is recruiting a Graduate Financial Services Administrator in Aberdeenshire. You will join a dynamic, growing financial planning business and begin a structured development path with full support for professional qualifications.

You will learn mortgage and wealth advice pathways, support advisers with client administration, prepare documentation, liaise with providers and clients, and help maintain compliant records, while progressing toward industry qualifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Law, Business, Accounting or Finance (or related discipline).
• Strong academic results and a proactive, organised approach.
• Genuine interest in Financial Services and Wealth Management.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers with client administration and servicing.
• Assist with preparation of client documentation and reports.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong academic background who is looking to build a long-term career within Financial Services.
