Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation and administration of Health & Safety documentation and records (training skills matrix, monthly reports, Themis uploads, etc.)
  • Produce and analyse data trends to inform decision‑making.
  • Take accurate minutes in internal and external meetings.
  • Support induction and onboarding processes, acting as first point of contact for queries.
  • Liaise with HR and Training Coordinators to continuously improve processes.
  • Manage and file records, maintaining security of sensitive documents.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and team logistics.
  • Undertake any other duties as required to support the Health & Safety team.
Qualifications & experience
  • Strong experience in administration and office support.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Basic understanding of project delivery and document control.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Preferred skills
  • Minute‑taking experience in internal and external meetings.
  • Experience supporting Health & Safety, training, or compliance teams.
  • Exposure to onboarding or induction processes.
