Job description

We are currently working with a college based in Oxfordshire (multiple campuses) who are looking for a faculty administrator for their construction faculty:

Salary: GBP27,166 - GBP27,820 per annum

Hours per week: 37 hours per week

Working pattern: Monday - Thursday 7.5 hours, Friday 7 hours

Contract type: Permanent

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries, monitor Faculty inboxes, manage calls and communications.

  • Support parents, students and staff, including managing parent induction presentations and maintaining accurate contact/progression information.

  • Provide administrative support to Faculty managers and academic staff.

  • Support admissions, enrolment and day-to-day Faculty operations.

  • Assist with recruitment administration, including coordinating interview days.

  • Coordinate student award nominations and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Organise Faculty events, manage social media, and maintain O365/Teams sites.

  • Liaise with CIT, Finance, MIS and other college services to resolve issues and ensure compliance.

  • Support community activities, resource allocation and tracking of spending.

  • Prioritise workload effectively and work flexibly to meet business demands.

  • Provide high-quality administrative support across the Construction Faculty.
