Overview

The Pennine Network is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Burnley and Pendle CMHT and Pendle House Reception on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administration and information services across the Mental Health Network, coordinating activities with the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service.
  • Align to a specific team and work flexibly in response to the needs of the Networks’ administrative service, providing cover on Pendle House reception as directed by the Locality Admin Coordinator to ensure continuity of quality service provision.
Qualifications
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently or as a member of the wider admin team.
  • Strong communication skills with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Good telephone manner.
