A modern social welfare organization in Manchester is seeking a proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the Victim Services team. You will assist in managing communications, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth functioning of admin tasks. Catch22 is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Greater Manchester Victim Services team. This is a key role that supports the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring smooth operations and timely communication across our team, partners, and service users.
You will provide high-quality administrative support, managing calls, emails, post, and general enquiries to help victims of crime receive the right support when they need it. You’ll coordinate meetings, take minutes, process invoices and petty cash, and maintain accurate data and records using Excel and other systems.
Working closely with the Deputy Head of Service and Casework team, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring administrative systems are efficient and effective. You’ll also liaise with internal departments and external partners to maintain excellent communication and uphold the standards of Catch22’s Victim Services.
