Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for our client based in Loughborough.

As part of this role, you will be required to:
  • Manage and maintain planning schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and planning sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Process and manage administrative paperwork, including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the planning team.
Planning Coordination
  • Assist in the coordination of planning activities and projects.
  • Track and monitor project timelines and deadlines.
  • Gather and compile data for planning reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation of planning documents, such as project plans and reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for planning meetings and events.
  • Assist in the management of planning related software.
Communication
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to team members and other departments.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Assist in the document control process.

This is an immediate role on a temporary to permanent basis.

£12.50 per hour.

07:30 - 16:00 Monday - Friday.
