Vision for Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Bootle to recruit an Administrator/Receptionist for a long‑term role, Monday to Friday. This position, starting on 5th January, is an excellent opportunity for someone organised, professional, and passionate about supporting school operations. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of being taken on permanently by the school.

Requirements

To be considered for the Administrator/Receptionist position, the school have requested:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or reception role (ideally in a school setting)
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence managing day‑to‑day school office tasks and supporting staff, pupils, and visitors
  • A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a wider school team
  • Availability to work 8 45, Monday to Friday
