We are seeking a School Administrator with experience of working within a school and has full knowledge of Arbor, joining ASAP through until the end of the academic year.

This is a lovely 2-form entry Primary school with an established reputation within its community and as the first point of contact you will have experience using school management software such as Arbor or similar.

The responsibilities of the School Administrator Include
  • Front Desk Duties: Greeting visitors, parents, and students, and providing them with necessary information and assistance.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with data entry, filing, and maintaining student records as well as other duties when requested.
  • Communication: Handling all manner of phone calls and emails, ensuring effective communication within the school community.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Supporting staff and students as and when requested during busy periods.
