We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Healthcare team at HMP Huntercombe, a Category C prison located near Nuffield/Henley, Oxfordshire. The role is based in a rural area and ideally involves driving. We offer on‑site gym, subsidised café, well‑being events, and various training and development opportunities.

Hours

Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1700

Salary

Annual salary up to £28,574 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.

Candidates must have a legal right to work in the UK. The role is subject to additional vetting and security checks.

Main Duties
  • Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on site.
  • Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks on IT systems, maintaining databases, waiting lists, call‑up lists, providing customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning, etc.
