A recruitment agency is seeking a Roadspace Administrator to provide administrative support for the M25 motorway. The role involves maintaining records, processing bookings, and liaising with stakeholders. Candidates must have strong organizational and communication skills along with previous admin experience. Training provided with a hybrid work model after training.
Location: South Mimms or Dartford office (your choice)
Contract: Initially 6 months
Training: 8 weeks training, 5 days per week in South Mimms
Hybrid: 3 days per week in office, then 2 days per week from home after training.
Project: M25 Motorway road space administration activities
The role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Road Space bookings team for the M25 motorway. The postholder will assist with maintaining accurate records, processing road space bookings, managing communications and supporting the team with stakeholder interactions and compliance obligations.
Training will be provided. It is essential that the postholder has previous administrative experience including data input and email management, familiarity with IT systems and reporting, and strong organisational and communication skills.
