  • Log communication and documentation received from clients and internal teams.
  • Record and update installations, service callouts, and additional works.
  • Take receipt of and record all purchase orders from clients.
  • Organise annual maintenance visits and agreement renewals.
  • Assist with the daily engineer planner and schedule.

Our client is recruiting for an Administrator to join their well established and successful business on a full-time permanent basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join an energetic, fun and supportive team who continue to grow.

The purpose of this role is to support delivery of installations, service and maintenance works, with day-to-day client and engineer focused activities. As the heart of the operations department and primary contact for all clients the role focusses on delivering exceptional customer service!

Previous experience in an admin or customer service role is essential plus good energy and a positive attitude!
