A leading infrastructure company in the United Kingdom is seeking an Access and Outage Administrator to coordinate access arrangements and support operational delivery across multiple client sites. The role involves managing documentation, raising client PO cover requests, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Ideal candidates should have experience in administrative roles within utility or infrastructure sectors, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The position follows a hybrid work model: four days in the office and one day working from home.

United Infrastructure is seeking a highly organised and proactive Access and Outage Administrator to support operational delivery across multiple client sites. This role will be responsible for coordinating access arrangements, supporting outage requests, issuing job packs, and ensuring efficient handling of documentation and client-related workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, field engineers, and client representatives to maintain smooth project execution within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Raise internal PO requests in line with project requirements.
Submit, track, and follow up on resource requests.
Download existing site information and documentation from client portals.
Create and maintain structured site folders, ensuring documentation is stored correctly and remains up to date.
Arrange site access via email, phone calls, and portal systems, ensuring all required approvals are obtained.
Raise Client PO Cover Requests to support operational activities.
Create, compile, and issue Job Packs, ensuring they contain all required documents, drawings, scope details, and safety information.
Raise, monitor, and close outages, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and outages are logged accurately.
Prepare and submit RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements) v1.1, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or project support role (in telecoms, utilities, or infrastructure preferred).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients, internal teams, and field engineers.
Competent using portals, shared drives, and documentation management tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation control.
