Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound calls politely and professionally, logging details accurately.
  • Build strong relationships with both external and internal customers.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of complaints with a strong focus on customer retention.
  • Assist credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution.
  • Understand the daily driver debrief process and handle any issues raised.
  • Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities ensuring compliance.
  • Undertake any other duties within the Service Centre as required.
  • Support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects.

JOB TITLE: Administrator

REPORTS TO: Administration Coordinator

SUPERVISES: N/A

HEALTH & SAFETY
  • All the company employees are required to:
  • Act responsibly and do everything they can to prevent injury to themselves and others.
  • Observe all rules and operating procedures regarding safety at all times.
  • Correctly use safety equipment, protective devices and PPE.
  • Inform their immediate superior of all accidents, dangerous occurrences, near‑miss events, damage or potentially dangerous situations, whether persons are injured or not.
  • Assist in the investigation of any accidents or incidents.
  • Report any unsafe or defective plant, tools, equipment, PPE, practices, methods or other hazards.
  • Participate in improving Health & Safety in the Company by making suggestions to the Manager, Supervisor or Safety Representative.
OBJECTIVES
  • Ensure that Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure that all work completed is accurately charged in accordance with customer contracts.
  • Assist in raising purchase orders and maintaining records as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by ensuring all work undertaken complies with the company's Health & Safety policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required within the Service Centre.
  • Undertake any training and development as required.
  • Support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects.
